In short
- Solvecord is run by CODEUP sp. z o.o. Your agreement to use the app is with us.
- Paid plans are sold by Paddle.com as the merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles refunds.
- For 14 days after buying you can ask for your money back without giving a reason, even if you have started using the plan.
- The plan helps you decide, but it does not replace an installation design or wiring that follows the rules.
Who provides the service
Solvecord is provided by CODEUP spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Żywiecka 149, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała, Poland, entered in the register of businesses of the National Court Register (KRS) by the District Court in Bielsko-Biała, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under number 0000923171, tax ID (NIP) 9372738043, REGON 389998600, share capital PLN 5,000.00 (“we”). Contact: kontakt@solvecord.com.
These are the terms for a service provided electronically. By using the app or creating an account, you accept them.
What Solvecord does
Solvecord is a browser app for planning the network in a house: the rack, devices, Wi‑Fi, cameras, PoE power and cables, with the numbers worked out and a shopping list.
It works without an account, on your computer. With an account you keep projects online, with floor drawings and a history of changes, work on them with others and share them by link.
You need an up-to-date browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari) with JavaScript and 3D graphics (WebGL) turned on, and an email address for an account.
Your account
You create an account by signing in with a link from an email, or with Google where that is offered. The account is free, and the agreement for it has no fixed end.
Look after your inbox: anyone who can open it can sign in to your account.
You can delete your account at any time in your account settings. That ends the agreement at once.
Plans
Free: any number of houses on your own computer, one house online, every calculation, the last 7 days of history, one share link for up to 30 days, and printouts with a footer.
Home: a one-time purchase for one house, for good, for €39 (PLN 159) including VAT. That house stays online with no time limit, keeps its full history, gets up to 5 share links that never expire, and prints clean. The purchase belongs to that project and stays with it even after a subscription ends. It ends when you delete the project.
Pro: a per-seat subscription for businesses, monthly or yearly, with no limit on houses or links. Pro prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout.
Current prices are on the pricing page. The price shown at checkout is the one that applies.
Buying and paying
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. When you buy Home or Pro, your purchase contract is with Paddle, under its terms for buyers: paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Paddle takes the payment, handles VAT, issues the invoice and handles refunds.
We deliver what you bought: we turn the plan on as soon as Paddle confirms the payment, and we are responsible for the app working.
You pay by card or by another method Paddle shows at checkout.
The Pro subscription
Pro renews by itself every month or every year until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal the app links to. The plan runs until the end of the period you paid for.
If a renewal fails, the plan keeps working for 7 more days while Paddle retries the payment.
When Pro ends we delete nothing. Your existing projects stay and you can still edit them. You just cannot start new ones beyond the Free plan’s limit.
Refunds: 14 days, no reason needed
For 14 days after buying you can ask for your money back without giving a reason. This covers Home and every Pro payment, even if you have started using the plan. This refund gives you more than the statutory right to withdraw from the contract, and does not limit it.
Refunds are handled by Paddle as the seller. Ask for one through paddle.net (you can find your order there by email address), or write to us at kontakt@solvecord.com and we will pass it on. Paddle refunds the money by the method you paid with, within 14 days of your request at the latest.
After a refund, access to the plan you bought is turned off within a few working days: a house with the Home plan goes back to the Free plan’s rules, and a Pro refund ends the subscription. We delete no projects.
After the 14 days you can cancel Pro at any time, taking effect at the end of the period you paid for (see “The Pro subscription”).
Your projects
The projects, drawings and data you put in are yours. You give us only the rights we need to store them, work out their numbers, and show them to you and to the people you share them with.
You are responsible for what you upload. Do not upload drawings or data you have no right to.
You can download a project as a file at any time, and delete it.
What you must not do
Do not use the app against the law, send spam through it, upload harmful files, infringe anyone’s rights, get around plan limits or security, or load the service in a way that gets in other people’s way.
The app, its code, its look and its name are ours. These terms let you use the app, but they do not give you any rights in it.
How the service runs
We try to keep the app running without breaks, but we cannot promise it. Faults and maintenance breaks happen. We will warn you before longer planned breaks.
We may change and develop the app, but we will not take away what you have already bought without your agreement.
If we ever shut the service down, we will tell you at least 30 days ahead so you have time to download your projects.
Liability
The numbers (cable lengths, PoE power, Wi‑Fi coverage, camera views, costs) are predictions from the data you enter and from makers’ catalogue data. The plan helps you decide, but it does not replace an installation design, a measurement or installation by someone with the required qualifications. The installation must follow the rules where you live.
Towards consumers we are liable under the general rules. These terms take away none of the rights the law gives you.
Towards businesses we are not liable for lost profits, and our liability is limited to what was paid for the plan in the last 12 months. This limit does not apply to damage caused intentionally.
Complaints
If the app or a plan you bought does not work as it should, write to kontakt@solvecord.com. Describe the problem and give the email address of your account. We reply within 14 days.
As a consumer, if digital content or a digital service does not conform to the contract, you can ask us to bring it into conformity, and if that fails, to reduce the price or withdraw from the contract. Payment matters, such as being charged twice or an invoice, are handled by Paddle, and we will help sort them out.
A consumer can also use out-of-court dispute resolution, for example help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or a regional Trade Inspection office in Poland.
Blocking and ending the agreement
We may block an account or a share link if someone seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or puts the service or other people at risk. We will say why, unless the law or security does not allow it.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms for a good reason, such as a change in the law, prices or features. We will email people with an account at least 14 days before a change. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before the change applies. A change does not affect what you have already bought.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by Polish law. A consumer from another country keeps the protection of the mandatory rules of their own country.
Disputes with businesses go to the court for our registered office. A consumer can bring a case before the court that has jurisdiction under the general rules.
