Only planning your own house? Free or Home is enough

Payments are handled by Paddle.com: as our online reseller and merchant of record, Paddle sells the plans in its own name, settles VAT and issues the invoice.

Questions from installers.

What is the difference between Home and Pro?

Home is a one-time purchase for one house: clean printouts, online sync, the full history of changes and up to 5 share links that never expire. A homeowner buys it, or an installer who wants to leave the client a plan for good. Pro is a per-seat subscription for a business that plans many houses.

Can I use the free plan for paid jobs?

Plan your own house and your family’s for free or with the Home plan. If you are charging a client, you need Pro.

Do I get a VAT invoice?

Yes. The plans are sold by Paddle.com as merchant of record, and Paddle issues the invoice. Pro prices are net; VAT is added at checkout.
